Very simply, we love Dropbox! Their system is very easy to install and use, just download their free software, set up a free account, and you're off. Their software works on:

• Windows PCs
• Macintosh
• iPhone/iPad
• Through their website

By putting files in your own personal, secured dropbox, their system automatically syncronizes the files between all your computers and smart phones. For example, on your Windows PC system, you'll have a special folder in "My Documents" that you can create folders in and save files to. As soon as you boot up another computer, it automatically copies those files and folders to that computer, whether it's a Mac or another PC.

We don't know how many times we've saved a file on a memory stick only to bring the wrong one with us (without the file) or just left it plugged into our computer. You know that sinking feeling when you get to your critical meeting or presentation and realize you don't have your files with you. Ugh. No more memory sticks!

With Dropbox, you just log into their website with your account information anywhere in the world, and you can get to your files. It's saved our bacon more than once!

Also if your computer crashes or is stolen, you have backups of all your critical files on the Dropbox system. Gives you some real peace of mind.
